Sweepstakes runs from 12:01 AM CT on 08/01/08 to 11:59 PM CT on
09/30/08 ("Promo Period"). Open to legal residents of the U.S. who are
l8 years of age or older as of 07/31/08.
One
sweepstakes entry will be automatically given to the primary account
holder for each eligible personal or business checking or savings
account enrolled in Paperless Statements during the Promo Period.
Limit of ten (10) entries per
person regardless of method of entry.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of automatic and mailed
entries received.
Paperless Statements require access to a computer with Internet
access, Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® 4.05
version or greater, and enrollment in First National Bank’s free
Online Banking service.
Sweepstakes subject to all Federal, state, and local laws and

ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. WHO
ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF 07/31/08.
Employees of First National Bank (“Sponsor”) and its respective
parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional or marketing
agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling
and spouse) and persons living in the same households of each such
employee (whether related or not) are not eligible.
There are two ways to enter for a chance to win:
1. Automatically: You will automatically receive one
Sweepstakes entry when you enroll any of your First National Bank
personal or business checking or savings accounts in Paperless
Statements during the Promotion Period.
An entry will be
declared made by the authorized primary account holder of the personal
or business account that is enrolled in Paperless Statements. If the
primary account holder is a minor, the entry will be disqualified.
Any attempt to obtain more than one entry per account by using
different or multiple identities or any other method is prohibited and
will result in disqualification.
2. By
Mail (without signing up for Paperless Statements): To enter
via postal mail, send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address, daytime
and evening telephone numbers postmarked by 10/01/08, to be received
no later than 10/14/08, to: FNB Paperless Statements, Post Office Box
340, Sallisaw, OK 74955. Only one handwritten entry per envelope.
Prizes: One new Hewlitt Packard laptop computer
valued at $600.00 will be awarded. The odds of winning depend upon the
number of automatic and mailed entries received. Winners will be
notified by mail and instructed to complete the required Affidavit of
Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal). If the
Affidavit, properly executed by a potential winner, is not returned
within 10 business days of the date on the notification, or if the
potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with
these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an
alternate entrant. A potential winner who is disqualified for any
reason will not be entitled to any form of compensation. If a winner
is from the automatic entries, Prize will be awarded to the primary
account holder. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes
permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating
to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the
responsibility of the winner.
Sweepstakes Drawing: A random drawing will be
conducted on or about 09/15/08 from among all eligible entries
received. The randomly selected winners will be notified by mail to
the address of the primary account holder or the address indicated on
the mail-in entry within 10 business days of the winner selection
process. Any prize not claimed or returned as undeliverable may be
awarded to an alternate entrant.
Privacy: Your participation in this Sweepstakes
constitutes your consent for Sponsor and the Administrator to use your
personal information only for the purpose of administering the
Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes, unless you have opted to receive
e-mail communications from Sponsor. For information regarding the

General: All entries are subject to verification
prior to awarding the prize. No automated entries made using any
script, macro, sweepstakes service, automated entry software, or
facsimiles will be accepted. By entering, participants release and
hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator and their parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents
from all and any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay,
inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to any prize
won in this Sweepstakes, even if caused by the negligence of the
Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical
errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, stolen, late,
misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or
for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system,
are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any
reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction
including human error. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the
right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at
anytime without notice if fraud or technical failures (including but
not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of
the Sponsor and the Administrator) or any other reasons whatsoever
interfere with its conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. If
the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason before completion of the
Promotion Period, all automatic and mailed entries received up to the
point of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the
Prizes. By entering, you accept and agree to these rules and the
decisions of Sponsor and the Administrator which shall be final and
binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FIRST
NATIONAL BANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
(INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Force Majeure: The failure of Sponsor to comply with
any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane,
war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions
of governmental authorities — outside of the control of either
(excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) — or
other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these
Official Rules.
