NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SIGNING UP FOR ONLINE STATEMENTS DOES NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES TO WIN.

Sweepstakes runs from 12:01 AM CT on 06/01/09 to 11:59 PM CT on 08/31/08 ("Promo Period"). Open to legal residents of the U.S. who are l8 years of age or older as of 05/31/09.

One sweepstakes entry will be automatically given to the check card holder for each eligible check card purchase during the Promo Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of automatic and mailed entries received.

Sweepstakes subject to all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. 

ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF 05/31/09. Employees of First National Bank (“Sponsor”), Transfund, and their respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional or marketing agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible.

There are two ways to enter for a chance to win:

1. Automatically: You will automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry for each signature check card purchase during the Promotion Period. Contest does not include PIN-based purchases or ATM transactions.

An entry will be declared made by the authorized check card holder who is named on the card. If the check card holder is a minor, the entry will be disqualified. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry per account by using different or multiple identities or any other method is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

2. By Mail (without making a check card purchase): To enter via postal mail, send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers postmarked no later than the last day of each month to: FNB Swipe, Sign, & Win Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 340, Sallisaw, OK 74955. Only one handwritten entry per envelope. You do not need to be a First National Bank, Sallisaw customer to enter using this method.

Prizes: One Char-Broil gas grill valued at $399 will be awarded, one Sony Bravia 32” LCD flat panel HDTV valued at $550 will be awarded, and one gift certificate for gasoline valued at $250 will be awarded. The odds of winning depend upon the number of automatic and mailed entries received. Winners will be notified by phone. If the potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. A potential winner who is disqualified for any reason will not be entitled to any form of compensation. If a winner is from the automatic entries, Prize will be awarded to the primary cardholder. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner.

Sweepstakes Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about the 15^th day of the month following each contest from among all eligible entries received. The randomly selected winners will be notified by phone of the primary card holder or the address indicated on the mail-in entry within 10 business days of the winner selection process. Any prize not claimed or returned as undeliverable may be awarded to an alternate entrant.

Privacy: Your participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your consent for Sponsor and the Administrator to use your personal information only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes, unless you have opted to receive e-mail communications from Sponsor. General: All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding the prize. No automated entries made using any script, macro, sweepstakes service, automated entry software, or facsimiles will be accepted. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from all and any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to any prize won in this Sweepstakes, even if caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at anytime without notice if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and the Administrator) or any other reasons whatsoever interfere with its conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason before completion of the Promotion Period, all automatic and mailed entries received up to the point of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the Prizes. Submitted materials become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, you accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Administrator which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FIRST NATIONAL BANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Force Majeure: The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities — outside of the control of either (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) — or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
